Fantasy points system · the multiplier row

The multiplier row is the captain pick row — the player whose points are doubled. The 1.5× row is the vice-captain’s row. The matrix reserves both rows for confirmed cases — a player with a floor above 38 captain-side and 22 vice-captain-side.

Strike-rate milestones at 140 / 170 / 200 SR add 4 / 8 / 16 points on top of the run tally. Strike-rate tax below 50 SR at the close of an innings deducts 2 points per dismissal — captain a slow scorer at your own risk.

How the captain pick gets selected

The desk prints the captain pick only when the underlying case holds at floor and ceiling — typically a player above 40 points without the multiplier, with venue form and head-to-head reads aligned. Floor and ceiling are filtered against the last ten matches at the role.

Verified floor and ceiling

Floor is the realistic low end in the player’s last ten matches at the role; ceiling is the realistic top end in the same window. The numbers are filtered to keep the case firm for the multiplier row. Numbers that don’t reconcile stay in the working draft.
